MHR 2019 : OMOOBA DAISI AKINTAN IS A SILENT ACHIEVER AND GOALGETTER

  It is an undisputable fact that everyone is naturally endowed by their Creator with certain rights that cannot be infringed or given away. Amongst these rights are life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. It is upon us to safeguard and secure these rights by exhibiting leadership characters which ensures their safety.

  The 'just powers' invested in men by the governed should not becloud such man's sense of reasoning and primary objective. A lot has been said about the diligence and uprightness of Omooba Daisi Akintan based on his stellar perfomance as a local government Chairman in Sagamu and Ogun East Senatorial PDP Chairman. Above this,  there's one other virtue which attracts many youths to him, it is 'patience and silence'. Few weeks ago,  while he was educating people in his usual manner on what good governance entails, he said politicians are required to implement social reforms and policy measures that contribute to the general welfare of the populace, not their families alone.  This indeed shows he is not a self-centred or greedy politician and if given the opportunity to occupy a political office,  he would definitely priortize the needs and wants of his people.

 As a seasoned politician who knows clearly what true representation means, Omooba Daisi Akintan is highly concentrated on being the voice of the people and make all efforts to improve Remo Federal Constituency. He is usually delighted to serve people when given the opportunity and never has he failed his people.
