PDP AND THE PURPORTED EXPULSION OF ENGR. ADEBAYO DAYO & OTHERS

I call on the wise leaders and elders of the PDP to read and dissect the documents below that confirm the legitimacy of the Engr. Adebayo Dayo-led EXCO in Ogun State which states that “INEC shall deal exclusively for the purpose of 2019 general elections with Adebayo Dayo-led EXCO”, a position which INEC affirmed in a letter to the National Chairman of PDP,  Prince Uche Secondus that it will continue to deal with ONLY the Engr. Adebayo Dayo -led State Exco "...until the judgment is set aside by a superior court of records”. The only appeal that was filed against the judgment of 24th June,  2016, by the Federal High Court was dismissed by the Court of Appeal on the the 11th of July, 2018. The purported appeal to the Supreme Court is an exercise in futility for the following reasons: 1. The appeal is premised on the motion to relist the dismissed appeal at the lower court.  2. The substantive appeal is yet to be heard or argued. 3. The Courts are on vacation until October. So, premised on the above factors, it is an exercise in futility. However, as soon as the primaries are over, the National leadership of PDP cannot do otherwise than to  recognise and begin to campaign for the candidates that emerged from the primaries conducted by the Adebayo Dayo-led exco. While Ladi Adebutu purported and illegal  structure will have no option than to opt for another party.Therefore, I strongly advise all the aspirants that really want to contest under the platform of PDP  to embrace the legitimate leadership of the Adebayo Dayo-led Exco. Ladi is my boy. He and his co-travellers are minions. Mark my words: He will end up lying down and holding my legs to seek forgiveness by God's grace. Senator Kashamu 28.07.18
