MHR 2019 : Stemming The Tide Of Fruitless Representation

*It Takes Uncommon Courage To Struggle For One's Community*

Experience, they say, is the only commodity that can never be purchased in an open market.  It is a norm to work assiduously for whatever we hope and choose to achieve. Hon Daisi Akintan is a foundation member of the Peoples Democratic Party and even an onlooker can attest to his loyalty and great sense of dedication to the Party.

As a man who had served excellently well as a Local Government Chairman in Sagamu,  the experience gathered can never be looked.  He sure knows the social contract of constructive representation, one that is anchored on loyalty, responsibility, street credibility and a vibrant Intelligent Quotient; little should one wonder why he was awarded the best Local Government Chairman in Ogun State during his reign.

Basically, there are two fundamental duties of a typical Nigerian Legislator namely; *Lawmaking and Oversight functions*. To elect a Representative into the second chamber of Nigeria's bicameral legislature,  such person must have certain qualities and once these qualities are either overlooked or sidelined,  we end up putting the round peg in a square hole.  Hon Daisi Akintan is an outstanding man who balances two opposing skills; external sensing and internal conviction.  He is sharply sensitive to external cues but concurrently, have the internal conviction to push a visionary agenda.  He stays true to his vision.

Generally, very few people know what they want, much less how to get there.  Hon Daisi Akintan is a clear and concise type. There is no question of what needs to be done or how to get them accomplished if it is coordinated by him.

Great reformations would greet Remo Federal Constituency if this Intelligent, humble and visionary man is elected.

Akintan We Know.... Akintan We Trust
